Granions Chondrostéo+1000 in 500ml is a food supplement that contains a synergy of 7 active ingredients rigorously selected and formulated for optimal absorption to act at the heart of the joints:
- constituents naturally present in the cartilage: chondroitin and glucosamine sulphate used in a dosage of 1000 mg,
- plant extracts: turmeric, known to help maintain joint health and good mobility, chamomile matricaria which soothes and promotes relaxation, and harpagophytum,
- trace elements: copper, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress and helps maintain connective tissue, and manganese, which helps maintain bone structure.
Taste of blackcurrant apple.
Sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free.

Shake before use.
- Attack phase: Using the measuring cap, take 1 cup of 30 ml per day diluted in a glass of water (200 ml).
- Maintenance phase: Using the measuring cap, take 1 cup of 15 ml per day diluted in a glass of water (200 ml).
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
In general, it is recommended that pregnant and breast-feeding women seek advice from a health professional before taking any supplements.
The use is not recommended in case of ulcers (stomach or duodenum) or gallstones. Curcumin has inhibiting effects on platelet aggregation.
Not recommended for people on anti-coagulants.
