Description

Hill's Cat Gastrointestinal Biome Digestive Health Chicken 1.5 kg is a highly digestible complete dietary food.

This fiber-enriched food contains increased sodium and potassium levels and highly digestible ingredients to help reduce the risk of intestinal malabsorption and compensate for maldigestion in adult cats.

Its formula enriches your pet's microbiome by promoting the production of beneficial postbiotics and supporting the activity of good intestinal bacteria, thus contributing to healthy, balanced digestion.

Directions for use

Feed only this food.
We recommend that you ask your vet for advice before use.
Start by feeding the daily amount indicated for your cat's weight.
Adjust the ration to maintain the optimal weight, which can be divided into two or more daily meals.
Recommended duration of use: initially up to 12 weeks, and on a screw basis in case of chronic pancreatic insufficiency.
Leave fresh water available.

Store bags in a cool, dry place.
Keep away from moisture.

COMPOSITION: Meat and animal by-products (chicken 14%), cereals, vegetable protein extracts, vegetable by-products, oils and fats, fruits, minerals, seeds, milk and dairy products. Highly digestible ingredients: dehydrated chicken and turkey protein, corn protein meal, animal fat, broken rice, corn, rice protein, fish oil, vegetable oil. ActivBiome+ prebiotic blend (9.6%): Ground pecan hulls, dried beet pulp, flaxseed, dehydrated citrus pulp, dried cranberries.

No matter what he is doing once, he hears the noise of the packet running straight away for a treat. The food offers extra digestive support. Since I started feeding Toby with Hill's digestive, he is very calm, with no stomach gurgles, and very friendly. Our petting time becomes a pleasure for both of us. He became very energetic, willing to engage in more activities, and not feeling hungry all the time. Highly recommend the food. It’s the best feeding plan for Toby.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat really enjoyed this food, it is the perfect size for her as the kibble is a little smaller than leading brands and she is smaller than most cats. I definitely saw an improvement in my cat's poo after using this food for a few weeks, she has less trouble going to toilet now and it looks a lot healthier.

It helped her with accidents as she used to have hard stool. The stool does not have any unpleasant odours as before. I believe this has also helped reducing her hair balls and she has less vomiting episodes. She plays much more and it’s more easy to hold in hands as she didn’t not want to be pet as much before due to stomach issues.

After struggling with loose stools for months, my cats’ stools were noticeably firmer and less smelly. Both of my cats actually enjoyed eating the kibble and wet food versions of this cat food and would regularly beg for more.

They accepted it into their diet immediately, letting me switch out their branded food with ease. I was even able to give them little handfuls as treats and they wolfed them up. My cats initially had okay digestion but sometimes were sluggish after mealtimes, but now they seem to have more energy. They also had very foul smelling faeces which has definitely improved.
