Love this shampoo
This is my favourite shampoo that I use for almost ten years now. It really soothes sensitive scalp, relieves itching and, most importantly, moisturizes hair well so my wavy hair looks less frizzy with it. And the scent of it is very pleasant! I wish all Kérastase products have same scent, because I have tried almost all the lines from this brand and I don't use them mainly because their aroma is too heavy and intrusive. I only like the scent of this line, Blonde Absolute and Resistance.
I know that the brand likes to change their products , so PLEASE DON’T CHANGE THIS SHAMPOO! Thank you!

Will never use again
I bought for few years Kerastase shampoos but my skin became sensitive and changed to this Kerastase sensitive scalp shampoo. Let me tell you that if my mom wouldn't be using this shampoo I would have not know that is so bad for my scalp. This gives to your scalp
lots of icying really bad. I thought that someting got wrong with my hair but no, is this shampoo that is really bad for your scalp.
I do not recommend to use this shampoo if you have sensitive skin. I'll not buy Kerastase anymore, is just marketing and bad products for your hair.

Brilliant shampoo -Please make refills!
I love this shampoo it the only one one I’ve found that actually relieves my psoriasis. Please make a refill option. I am currently trying other brands to find a more sustainable option.

My favourite shampoo
I am prone to a dry scalp and itchiness. this shampoo has been a game-changer for me. I would recommend it to anyone. So soft and calming, but leave my hair super clean and shiny.
PLEASE start making this in the refill size though - I hate having to buy the plastic bottle every time and makes me think I need to switch to a more sustainable option.
