1 to 2 drops 3 to 4 times a day on a neutral support.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (never more than 2 drops per dose).
Never take pure oral without support.

Do not use in children under 7 years old without medical advice, pregnant or lactating women, people with a history of epilepsy, hypersensitive to Essential Oils.
