Liquid oxidant for eyelash and eyebrow dyes

The 3% Liquid Oxidant from RefectoCil ensures a perfect coloring result and can be safely used on the sensitive area around the eyes. Unlike the cream 3% oxidant, its liquid consistency makes the mixture with RefectoCil dyes a bit more fluid. Its dropper device allows for precise and economical dosing of the mixtures. The tip guarantees the absence of impurities in the bottle.

Instructions for use:
STEP 1: Preparation
Clean the eyebrows with RefectoCil Micellar Makeup Remover.
The eyebrows should be clean, dry, and free of oily residues.

STEP 2: Mixing & Application
Mix 2cm of dye with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant.
Mix for at least 2 minutes until a creamy paste is obtained.
Then apply to the eyebrows.

STEP 3: Exposure Time
Leave on for 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired lightening.
5 minutes: one shade lighter.
12 minutes: two shades lighter.
20 minutes: three shades lighter.

STEP 4: Ready!
Remove the bleaching paste with Micellar Makeup Remover.
