Igora Royal Highlifts Permanent Hair Color 10-21 Lightening Smoke Ash Schwarzkopf is specially formulated to achieve the ultimate light blonde shade.
Its Fibre Bond technology lightens hair while strengthening capillary bonds, reducing the risk of breakage by a factor of 10.
For use on bases 7 and 8.
How to use:
Wear gloves.
Mix Igora Royal Highlifts Lightening Cream with Igora Royal Oil-Enriched Developer.
Apply the mixture in thin sections immediately after preparation, on dry, unwashed hair.
Use a generous amount of the lightening hair color product to achieve the best possible result.
