Description
Vitaflor Ash Leaves 50g is a bulk infusion of Ash (Fraxinus excelsior M.B) leaves.
Directions for use
- In infusion: pour the plant into simmering hot water and let infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your taste, to fully release the flavours and benefits of the plant.
- As a decoction: plunge the plant into water and bring it to the boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then let it infuse for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat before filtering.
- In maceration: pour the plant in cold water for several hours and then filter.
- Storage instructions: Close the case after each use.
Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
