Can be used for up to 8 hours, then removed.
Reapplication is only possible after 24 hours.
Make sure your skin is dry and sweat-free before use.
Take the patch out of its plastic wrapping only before use, remove the protective film from the adhesive side and apply the patch immediately to the painful area.
Do not apply too much pressure to the area where you have applied the patch.
In the event of hypersensitivity or skin irritation, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
Report any side effects not mentioned to your pharmacist.

Do not use :
- in the presence of eczema on the skin,
- if you are unable to remove the patch independently (elderly, disabled, children).
- on the face and on areas of damaged skin (all types of cuts and wounds, eczema and rashes),
- on skin treated with ointments, creams and gels,
- on heat-affected skin,
- on areas of the skin where the product has already been applied within the last 24 hours,
- on areas where another heating system is used,
- on acute muscle injuries.
In the absence of data concerning use in children, ask your doctor for advice.
In the event of circulatory problems, diabetic deficits, difficulty in detecting temperature or pregnancy, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
If you accidentally inhale the raw material, or if it comes into contact with your eyes, rinse under running water and seek medical advice.
Do not reheat the device after use and do not microwave. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if box is open or damaged. Contents are harmful and must not be swallowed. In case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor or a poison control center. Internal contents may stain clothing.
Keep away from heat sources. Store at room temperature.
