Description
3M Nexcare ColdHot Therapy Flexible Pack is a reusable cold/hot gel thermal pad.
It relieves pain naturally. Its gel is safe and non-toxic and 99% biodegradable. It is used in two ways:
- cold to reduce edema, inflammation and pain relief;
- hot to reduce pain and reduce muscle spasm, relax.
It comes with a high performance Thinsulate microfiber cover for a constant temperature longer.
Size : 11 x 23.5 cm divided in 3 parts of about 11 x 8cm.
Directions for use
Read the instructions carefully before use.
- Cold: Place the cushion in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Insert it into its protective cover. Apply for up to 20 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before applying it again.
- Hot:
- Hot water: Immerse the cushion in boiling water removed from the heat for up to 90 seconds. Carefully remove the pad and knead to distribute the heat evenly. Use the cushion in its cover and apply to the area to be treated.
- In the microwave oven, place the cushion flat, set to 640W and heat for 2 x 30 sec. Carefully remove the cushion. Knead to distribute heat evenly.
Indication: Relief of body pain.
