Alvityl Méla-Sommeil Flash Spay 20ml is a dietary supplement formulated with melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Its practical and nomadic format is particularly suitable for people who have difficulty falling asleep in the evening, when waking up at night or recovering from jet lag.
Its sublingual spray format guarantees rapid action and better bioavailability of melatonin.
This bottle allows about 100 sprays or 50 nights.

Shake well before use. 2 sprays in the mouth, under the tongue for a fast action.
Do not exceed 2 sprays per 24 hours.
- In case of nocturnal awakening: take during the night as soon as you wake up.
- In case of difficulty falling asleep: take in the evening 30 minutes before bedtime.
- In case of jet lag: to be taken before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the few days following the day of arrival at destination.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Melatonin can work up to 4 or 5 hours after taking it. As a precaution, it is not recommended to drive during this time.
