From the first day of your period, depending on the onset of pain, take with a large glass of water:
From 12 to 14 years old: 1 tablet per day.
From 15 to 17 years old: 1 to 2 tablets per day, spread throughout the day.
From 18 years and older: 1 to 3 tablets per day, spread throughout the day.
In case of intense discomfort, take 2 tablets in a single dose.
Do not exceed 3 tablets per day.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Not recommended in case of known cross-allergy, particularly to plants of the Asteraceae family.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
