Arkopharma Arkodigest Expert Occasional Constipation 10 Sachets combines Aloe vera, magnesium and chicory inulin in a 3-in-1 formula designed to promote intestinal transit and contribute to digestive comfort.
- Aloe vera helps support regular transit.
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance.
- Chicory inulin, a prebiotic fiber, contributes to maintaining the balance of the intestinal flora.
This plant- and mineral-based formula accompanies people prone to occasional constipation.

From 12 to 17 years old: 1 sachet per day.
Adults: 1 to 2 sachets per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Before breakfast, pour the contents of 1 or 2 sachets (depending on your discomfort) into a large glass and add about 200 ml of water.
Stir until a homogeneous suspension is obtained.
After improvement, it is possible to take one sachet every 2 days.
If your occasional constipation persists beyond 5 days, consult your doctor.

Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
