Arkopharma Arkorelax Sleep and Anxiety 15 Tablets is a solution for people suffering from temporary anxiety, difficulty in calming down at bedtime and nights disturbed by a stream of incessant thoughts and mental agitation.
This product is designed to break the vicious circle between sleep and anxiety, offering a melatonin-free alternative to promote quality sleep and relieve nervous tension.
It contains a patented extract of Lemon Verbena which helps to reduce nervous tension, promoting sleep and better quality sleep.
Passionflower extract is also present to reduce mental agitation, stress and anxiety, offering optimal relaxation for peaceful nights.
Vitamin B3, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, completes this formula.
Dye-free, lactose-free, gluten-free.
Vegan.

From age 15.
1 tablet per day, in the evening, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime, to be taken with a full glass of water.
Not recommended during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
