Description

Avène Solaire Ultra Fluide Oil Control SPF50 50 ml provides effective daily protection against UVB, UVA and HEV blue light rays, preventing photoaging.

Thanks to its formula incorporating TriAsorB, a broad-spectrum sun filter, this skincare product offers high skin protection, going beyond UVs to prevent photo-induced skin aging.
Its ultra-fluid texture provides a sensation of lightness and freshness, leaving the skin bare after application, making it an ideal make-up base.
Thanks to its monolaurin-enriched formulation, this skin care product provides a mattifying effect, controlling excess sebum, while being perfectly suited to sensitive skin.

Non-comedogenic.

Made in France.

Directions for use

Shake before use.
Before exposure to the sun, apply generously (e.g. 1 finger of product on an adult's face and neck, reducing this amount reduces the level of protection).
Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling off.

Avoid contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Don't stay in the sun too long, even if you're using a sunscreen.
Too much sun is dangerous.
Avoid exposure to the sun between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.
Use protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, glasses, T-shirt).
Limit contact with clothing.
Clean with soap, then machine wash at 30°C in case of stains.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Avène SPF 50 ultra fluid [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested the Avène ultra fluid out over the heatwave in the UK, and was pleased that I did not receive any burns or soreness on my face from the sun, indicating the SPF 50 was working and was protecting my face and neck. It applies to your face like sun cream, however it absorbs nicely onto your skin and does not leave a thick layer or white marks like normal sunscreen. The oil control element definitely worked as well, as I did not have a shiny forehead like I usually do when wearing sunscreen! It dispenses nicely too from the bottle, ensuring you are not dispensing too much of the product. I have unfortunately had to mark this item down as I have been experiencing a reaction to this product on my lips. I tested the product out over a number of days, with gaps in between, and it was evident that my reaction was solely down to this product as every time I used it, I experienced a reaction. The reaction was itchy lips, namely around my mouth and on my lips itself. I am a big advocator for sun protection and think this is a great product for this reason, but in my case I unfortunately had an adverse reaction.

Try it and you wont be disappointed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this as I wasn't sure what to expect, having never tried a face specific suncream before. It comes in a smaller bottle which I think is perfect for popping in your bag as an extra in the summer. I was worried it may block pores and cause breakouts but this was not the case! It was light in texture and I found it easy to apply. It dried almost instantly which is a major plus for me! It left my face really soft after application and was a pleasure to wear to be honest! Would definitely recommend this, my mum is currently testing it out also as she suffers with skin conditions on her face which get worse with sun exposure. So glad to have tried this as if I hadn't I probably wouldn't have ever ventured into face suncream specifically

Absorbs in the skin quickly . The liquid is easy to get out of the bottle and the packaging is great , fitting nicely into my bag without taking up too much room

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I’d definitely recommend this product to people th [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zero skin irritation from using the product first off and this has been massive for me as I struggle with sensitive skin and using new products and cause reactions so 10/10 in that department! The spf is not to oily to put onto the skin and soaks into the skin nicely, as you can see from the photos I suffer with quite oily skin and using this product it’s helped with that on my cheeks compared to my forehead! It’s an easy product to apply as and when needed or even just to out on daily to help in general, it definitely makes a difference!

I never used to wear SPF as I hate the feeling of my face being overloaded with product. But this Ultra Fluid doesn’t sit heavy at all. It soaks in within seconds which is great. I love the fact that it has a Matt effect so doesn’t affect my makeup. It protects your skin from photoaging, cellular damage, UVA, UBV and blue light. A little also goes a long way with this product so it will last you a while.
