Before exposure to the sun, apply generously. For example, 1 finger of product on an adult's face and neck; reducing this amount reduces the level of protection.
Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling off.
Don't stay in the sun too long, even if you're using a sunscreen product.
Too much sun is dangerous.
Avoid exposure to the sun between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
