Bausch + Lomb ThermCool & Hot Eye Mask 1 Gel Pack

- Cold: Freezer:
1. Place the eye mask in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
2. Remove it from the freezer. Check that the temperature is comfortable, then put on the eye mask.
3. After use, ideally store the eye mask at room temperature. It can also be stored in the freezer.

- Hot: Microwave (500 W):
1. Ensure the eye mask is at room temperature before heating.
2. Place the eye mask flat in the microwave. Heat on full power for 30 seconds (based on a 500W microwave).
3. Carefully remove the eye mask from the microwave and check the desired temperature for your comfort. The temperature will continue to rise slightly. If additional heat is desired, put the eye mask back in the microwave and heat it for an additional 5 seconds, without exceeding a total of 55 seconds. Monitor the eye mask during heating, as excessive heating may cause the eye mask to rupture, leak, or cause burns.
4. Knead the eye mask well to distribute the heat evenly.
5. If the temperature is acceptable, place the eye mask on the affected area. If the eye mask is too hot, remove it and reapply it when the temperature is acceptable.
6. If further heating is needed, follow steps 1 to 5 again.
7. Store at room temperature for future hot therapy use.
Do not apply hot therapy for more than 20 consecutive minutes.

WARNING: Use this product only according to the instructions. Monitor the gel pack while heating. If it starts to inflate, turn off the microwave oven.
