Bayer Santé Euphytose Nuit LP 1.9mg 15 Tablets is a food supplement based on melatonin and plants to contribute to a better night's sleep. Thanks to a bi-layer tablet, it delivers:
- in rapid release, an adapted dose of melatonin at 1 mg to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect on falling asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. Eschscholtzia and valerian help with optimal relaxation.
- in extended release, valerian to help maintain quality sleep and optimal relaxation and 0.9 mg of melatonin. Melatonin is released for at least 8 hours.
Without dependence or addiction, this food supplement allows you to wake up without drowsiness.
