Biotherm Biocils Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover 200 ml effectively and gently removes the most stubborn waterproof makeup.
Specially formulated for the delicate eye area, it removes makeup quickly without irritating the skin or leaving a greasy sensation, for optimal comfort after every use.
Its two-phase formula combines an oily phase, which dissolves long-wear pigments and water-resistant makeup, with an aqueous phase enriched with gentle cleansing agents, which removes residue and provides an immediate feeling of freshness. Apply to a cotton pad.
Place the cotton pad on closed eyelids and lashes, then press and wipe gently to dissolve and remove makeup.
Repeat until the cotton pad is clean.
