Boiron Mag'300+ 160 Tablets is a food supplement based on vitamins and magnesium.
Magnesium:
- helps reduce fatigue,
- contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system,
- contributes to normal muscle function.

- Adults: Take 2 tablets twice a day, with a glass of water.
- Adolescents over 11 years old: Take 1 tablet twice a day, with a glass of water.
20-day program to be renewed if necessary.
