Boiron Mag'300+ 80 Tablets + 20 Tablets Free is a vitamin and magnesium-based food supplement.
Magnesium:

- Adults: Take 2 tablets twice daily with a glass of water.
- Adolescents over 11 years of age: Take 1 tablet twice a day with a glass of water.
