It makes lips conditioned and soft, not greasy not sticky not runny, just soft and smooth.

But they get so stuck in the base, it’s a struggle to even use. Then when it does come out, it’s that hard that it take a little pressure to melt onto your lip, and that’s just before the balm pops back down into the base because it’s now decided that you don’t need to use it. All that effort for it to last 5 seconds and then nothing be on your lips. Myself and my sister are disappointed!
