Laboratoires IPRAD ChronoDorm Melatonin 1mg 20 Sachets is a food supplement based on melatonin, linden, bitter orange, chamomile, peppermint and sage, formulated to help restore quality sleep.
It is differentiated by its galenic and its complete formula:
- Its sachet format helps create a relaxing routine before bed.
- Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep for 1 mg consumed before bedtime.
- Bitter orange contributes to good and natural sleep.
Without dependence, without addiction.
Put the sachet in a container, then pour in just boiled water. Let dry 4 to 5 minutes.
Before pouring in the water, be sure to put the sachet in the container first.
To consume cold, add ice afterwards.
Take 1 sachet per day, half an hour before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excess use may result in laxative effects.
Do not combine with taking antidepressants, antihypertensives, sleeping pills and other sedatives without medical advice.
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Do not consume in case of hypersensitivity, allergies or in case of interactions described with one of the constituents of the formula.

Do not drive a vehicle or machine for 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin.
