Ducray Dexyane Protective Cleansing Oil 400 ml is a care product that gently cleanses, nourishes, and soothes very dry skin prone to atopic eczema. Its formula containing isoleucine limits the bacterial adhesion of S.aureus. Its high-tolerance biodegradable* formula is developed to minimize the risk of allergic reactions. At physiological pH, it offers good ocular tolerance and tolerance on external intimate areas. It is perfect for the whole family, including babies from 3 months old.

Ducray Dexyane Med Eczema Treatment Cream 100 ml is designed to treat atopic, contact, and chronic eczema on the hands, face, and body.
Suitable for all types of eczema and for the whole family, including babies from 3 months, it repairs and hydrates the skin, correcting dryness.
The cream soothes itching and reduces redness and irritation, thereby decreasing the intensity of inflammation signs.
It protects the skin and limits bacterial adhesion, promoting the disappearance of eczema lesions and limiting their recurrence.
Cortisone-free, fragrance-free.

Apply to wet skin, rinse then dry without rubbing.

Apply 2 times a day.
To be used alone, in combination with, and/or as a follow-up to topical corticosteroids.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
In case of allergic reactions, consult a doctor.
In the absence of data, do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Avoid any contact with eyes to prevent irritation.
In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water.

Do not use on the nappy area of diaper-wearing children or on mucous membranes.
Do not exceed 30% of the body surface area.
