Apply 1 finger of product to an adult's face and neck, before exposure to the sun.
Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, wiping and perspiring.
Reducing this amount reduces the level of protection.
Don't stay in the sun too long, even if you're using a sunscreen product.

Avoid contact with eyes, and in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
