After opening: Konjac shiratakis can be stored in a bowl of water for 3 days in the refrigerator.
Preparation tips :
- Drain the Shiratakis, undo the balls, rinse them thoroughly with clean water for 3 minutes. The iodine smell on opening is normal and disappears after rinsing.
- Then reheat them in the microwave: for 1 minute with the sauce of your choice or in a saucepan: for 1 minute in boiling water then garnish them with the sauce of your choice.
- You can accompany them with meat, fish, vegetables, raw vegetables or vegetable proteins.
