One to two brushings per day performed by an adult. Apply using a toothbrush, then remove the excess with the brush rinsed with water.
- Children from 6 months to 2 years: use a rice grain-sized amount of toothpaste.
- Children of 6 years and under: use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize swallowing.
If receiving fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
