Rated 1 out of 5 by from Holy grail no more This use to be my holy grail moisterizer and I used it for years. Eucerin have reformulated the product and it is awful. Not as Moisturising and the texture is different. Please bring back the original.

However, they’ve changed the formula and it is now a very heavy and greasy product. That really does not sink into your skin. The previous formula was extremely hydrating but still lightweight. Really hope they revert back to the old formula.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula is a totally different cream :( As someone with sensitive skin, it was a blessing to find this cream originally. But this new formula is a totally different cream - super heavy and oily and has caused me to break out! I would’ve paid more for the original formula as it saves me the cost of finding something new that works for my skin. The fact that this new formula is often being sold under the same listing as the old is very disingenuous and I’ve ended up with several tubes of cream that I can’t use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why did you change a great product? I used the old formula primarily as a cream for the eczema on my hands as it heals my eczema really well and is importantly not greasy. Most hand creams are too heavy, which aggravates my skin. This new formula leaves a greasy/ waxy coating on the skin which is highly unpleasant. This formula change is disappointing as these are the kinds of products people come to rely on when they have a specific skin issue.

It's been my go to for years, using morning and night to keep my skin soft and blemish free. This new formula is awful and has caused my skin to breakout in spots, which has been very upsetting and sore. Why do so many skin care brands choose to change their formulas, if this was a cost down exercise it's not been a success, I would happily have paid more to keep the old formula. I'm now back to trying to find an alternative brand and have lost my faith in Eucerin for the many other products I purchase from them. So disappointed.
