The Eugène Perma Solaris P0% Ammonia Bleaching Powder is an ammonia-free and odorless bleaching powder.
Non-volatile, fragrance-free, and odorless, this powder offers optimal comfort during application.
Its elastic texture allows for great adherence to the hair and its formula preserves the integrity of the hair (compared to other bleaching powders).
The hair remains resistant after application.
White powder.

Application method:
Mixing: Ideal in 1 + 1.5, possible from 1 + 1 to 1 + 2 with OXYCREM (10, 20, 30 Vol.)
For an optimal highlighting result, thoroughly saturate the hair using a support.
Processing time 10 to 50 min while monitoring.
Rinse then apply SOLARIS neutralizing milk.
