Forté Pharma Feminae SPM 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement that contributes to premenstrual comfort.
Saffron and vitamin B6 help maintain a positive mood and good nervous balance.
Feverfew helps soothe headaches, while sweet fennel relieves bloating and digestive discomfort.
Vitamin C and magnesium help reduce fatigue and support the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular systems.
Finally, chasteberry promotes comfort during the menstrual cycle, and vitamin E completes this action for overall well-being.
For adults only.
1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning, to be taken with a full glass of water (200 ml).
Start at any time of the cycle, when premenstrual discomfort is felt.
