Forté Pharma Melatonin 1900 Flash 30 Tablets is a food supplement in form of orodispersible tablets based on Melatonin, naturally presents in the organism, is also referred to as "sleep hormone". It participates in the regulation of chronobiological rhythms and promotes sleep.
Its orodispersible form melts under the tongue without water and allows a fast assimilation by the organism.

- In case of difficulties to falling asleep: take 1 tablet per day to let melt under the tongue, without water, at bedtime.
- In case of jet-lag: 1 tablet per day to let melt under your tongue, without water, at bedtime, from the first day of your travel and during the days that are following, until the effects of jet lag were no longer felt.
