Forté Pharma Melatonin Spray 1900 20ml is a melatonin-based dietary supplement that promotes faster falling asleep (melatonin helps to reduce the time to sleep for a consumption of 1 mg (1000µg) of melatonin before bedtime). It helps reduce the effects of jet lag (melatonin contributes to this for a minimum dose of 0.5mg before bedtime). Poppy and lemon balm complete the formula. It is non-addictive.
Its nomadic format, practical and without the addition of water, allows a rapid assimilation by the body.

Shake before use.
In case of night awakenings or difficulty falling asleep: 4 to 6 mouth sprays per day.
In case of jetlag: 2 to 6 mouth sprays per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Prolonged use is not recommended.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children without medical advice.

(80mg plant equivalent), aqueous dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) (25mg plant equivalent), acidifier (citric acid), preservatives (sodium benzaote, potassium sorbate), melatonin, natural vanilla flavour.
