Granions Collagen + Multi Type I, II, III, V, X 60 Breakable Tablets is a collagen-based dietary supplement.
This product has a complete action on skin, nails, hair, joints, cartilage, bones and muscles, tendons, ligaments and vessels.
Type 1 marine collagen enhances the beauty and health of nails.
Elastin, an essential skin protein, provides suppleness and elasticity, while hyaluronic acid is recognized for improving skin tone and firmness.
Biotin helps maintain healthy hair and radiant skin, while vitamin C promotes normal collagen formation and copper helps maintain connective tissue. Finally, bamboo extract supports joint comfort.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, preservative-free, coloring-free, no added sugar.

Take 2 tablets a day with a full glass of water, preferably in the morning before breakfast.
30-day program, to be repeated at least 3 times.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
If swallowing is difficult, these tablets are scored halfway down to make them easier to take.
