Take 1 measuring scoop in the morning and 1 measuring scoop at midday or in the evening, i.e., 2 measuring scoops per day (2.3 g), to be dissolved in a large glass of water (200 ml), fruit juice, or the hot drink of your choice (coffee, tea...).
Using a shaker optimizes the powder's dissolution.
For optimal dissolution, it is recommended to put the powder in the glass or cup before pouring the drink and consume it quickly.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women, children from 3 years of age and adolescents, take only 1 measuring scoop per day (1.15 g).
