Granions Melatonin 1.9mg180 Tablets is a dietary supplement based on melatonin, also called sleep hormone. It helps to reduce the time of falling asleep and mitigate the effects of jet lag.
The tablets are small in size to facilitate taking.

Take 1 tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime, with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, children and adolescents, people with epilepsy, asthmatics, suffering from autoimmune or inflammatory diseases, mood disorders, behaviour or personality, and to persons who are required to perform an activity requiring sustained vigilance where drowsiness may pose a safety concern.
