Arnica extract soothes and relaxes muscles, while Ylang-Ylang essential oil offers a pleasant, relaxing sensory experience during massage.
In addition, Gaultheria essential oil contains methyl salicylate, renowned for its relaxing and soothing properties.

Pour a dose into the palm of your hand and spread over the areas concerned (neck, back, calves, thighs...).
