Granions Somdor+ 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement with enhanced action on sleep difficulties and quality of sleep thanks to its unique and complete formula. It helps to find a natural and restorative sleep especially in times of stress.
Its strengthened formula is a combination of several active ingredients:
- Cyracos®, an exclusive melissa extract,
- hawthorn, which promotes a relaxing action and helps to find a natural and restorative sleep,
- hops, which helps to limit nervous states,
- valerian and passiflora, two plants with recognized effects that complete the formula,
- l-tryptophan, an essential amino acid precursor to melatonin (sleep hormone) and serotonin,
- magnesium, an essential trace element,
- vitamin B6, which helps reduce fatigue and participates in normal energy metabolism.
No titanium dioxide in it.
Take 2 tablets, 1 for dinner and 1 half an hour before bedtime, one-time or in a 15-day program. Renew if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for children under 12 years (valerian).
Not recommended in case of personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer (presence of hops).
In general, it is recommended that pregnant and nursing women be invited to take up the attachment of a health professional before any supplement.
It is advisable to consume this dietary supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
