IBSA Melatonin 1.9 mg 30 Orodispersible Films is a dietary supplement based on melatonin, vitamin B6, chamomile and lavender, with sweeteners.
Melatonin helps :
- reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime),
- reduce the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination).
Natural wild berry aroma.
Non-addictive and non-addictive.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, GMO-free.
Take 1 orodispersible film a day, 30 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
