Intimy Care 3 Menstrual Pain Heating Patches are patches to be placed on the underwear to relieve menstrual pain located in the lower abdomen thanks to their large elongated size (9cm x 29cm).
- When the pouch protecting the patch is opened, the mixture of activated carbon and iron powder produces heat on contact with oxygen. The patch diffuses heat continuously for 8 hours.
- Heat has properties known to relieve menstrual pain. Thanks to its gentle heat diffusion for 8 hours, the patch provides a relaxing well-being and relief of the targeted area.
- The patch is made of a soft material that is pleasant to the touch to respect the skin. It is easily glued, thanks to its adhesive side.
Consult a doctor before use in case of diabetes or poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis.
Do not use if the patch or pouch is damaged, if used in combination with the application of creams, ointments or other heating products, if bruising and swelling appear within 48 hours. Do not use on injured skin, under tight clothing and belts to avoid the risk of burns.
Discontinue use in case of exposure to magnetic resonance examinations, discomfort, irritation, excessive heat sensation, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent change in the skin to which the product has been applied. Do not use the patch in situations where the perception of heat is diminished (sleep, numb skin) or if the patient is unable to remove it by himself.
Do not use for more than 8 hours out of 24 hours. This product may cause burns. Check the skin in contact with the patch regularly for irritation or burns.

Do not swallow powder. In case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor immediately. In case of direct contact (skin and eyes) with the material contained in the product, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor immediately. Do not use at night, may cause burns if used improperly.
Be careful not to bend or overlap the heating cells to avoid the risk of burns.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
