Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smell and quality has changed What happened to this shampoo?! The last one I bought smelled like heavy chemicals and the quality has also changed. My hair got greasy after 1 day only. I have been using this product for years and I know what it should be like and this product has definitely changed. I don’t know if my one was from a bad batch or it’s been changed permanently but I cannot buy this product again which is such a shame as this shampoo used to be the best one for oily roots I have used. I will have to use a different one - Bain Pelliculaire seems a good choice so far.

It increased my hairfall and brought no such difference in controlling oil only a slight oil control which is really not good. And I am unable to find any option to refund or return item.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but doesnt last long on thick long hair My mum bought this for me around 2 and a bit weeks ago. I have long, thick hair but it gets greasy after around 2-3 days. This shampoo is pricey but absolutely AMAZING!!! My hair feels so soft, not static, and I can go up to 4 DAYS before it is greasy. I wish it came in 500ml aswell, because those last me a good 1 1/2 months. This will be an every now and then shampoo I think sadly because of the price, but if you are able to afford it, I can’t recommend it more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaves hair even oilier than other shampoos Id finally tried Kerastase as for years I’d been wanting to. I picked this shampoo as it sounded like it’d be everything I was looking for, but my scalp is left itchy which I’ve never had, and my hair is oily 2 days after washing whereas with other shampoos, I can go 3+ days without this level of grease. Quite disappointed as I really wanted to make Kerasrase my usual hair care brand. I’ve been using the Elixir Ultime as well and that’s ok.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Unfortunately, I am unhappy with this product. It leaves my hair tangled and does not help with oily hair. Also, do not buy if your hair is bleached/ coloured. It will make it go yellow after a few washes :(

I use it typically once a weeks, when I feel like the product build up in my hair is getting a bit much. I used to suffer from really oily roots and would have to wash my hair 3-5 times a week, now I wash it 2-3 times, this product helps!!
