Pre-shampoo repair treatment, damaged hair

Première Ultra-Repairing Decalcifying Concentrate deeply repairs all types of damaged hair.
The calcium in hard water can further damage already damaged/sensitized hair. Because it is more porous, damaged hair absorbs 3 times more calcium than natural hair, and enters a cycle of persistent damage.
The unprecedented 8% concentration of pure repairing acids (glycine and citric acid) in this professional treatment has a dual action: it eliminates the overdose of calcium in hair responsible for breakage, and repairs it from the inside out by repairing the keratine* chains. Hair is stronger, healthier, shinier and on the move. Repairs 96% of hair damage in 1 usee** and 92% of women say their hair is durably repaired.***
Leave Ultra-Repairing Decalcifying Concentrate on for 5 minutes, then superimpose Repairing Decalcifying Bath without rinsing, for an amplified decalcifying and repairing action. Follow with Masque Filler Réparateur or Fondant Fluidité Réparateur for added softness and surface repair. Finish with Fondamental Filler Serum and/or Repairing Gloss Oil, for heat protection and intense shine.

Bought the travel sizes for going on holiday and in the set of three was the bonding pre shampoo!!I have literally used this product 4 times and my scalp was left feeling itchy and a burning feeling,my hair started falling out in clumps and I have nearly lost all my hair.I am absolutely heart broken!I put my money and faith in to purchasing quality hair products which were highly recommended by my hairdresser!!!I really would not recommend this product to anybody!!!!🚩🚩🚩🚩

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sure this is not my shampoo I believe product is not bad, but for me it didn’t work, got allergy from it (I bought pre shampoo shampoo and conditioner) but unfortunately after 3 weeks using my scalp became itchy and dry, I still didn’t realise that it is from this particular range of shampoo and after my hair started to fall in clamps ( it is scary, as it will take me long time to heal them and grow back what has fallen out. My advice if you experience itchiness discontinue it immediately, do not wait. Damage is horrible

I live in an area with dreadfully hard water, constantly descaling the kettle but I didn’t ever consider the effect this was having on my hair, I used the pre-treatment, shampoo, and conditioner and immediately noticed how much softer and shinier my hair was, it’s miraculous and I’m in love!

First of all it came in a nice ,premium feeling packaging. The texture is nice, smells good (not a strong one which is okay). It's easy to apply too and instructions are easy to follow. The first result won't be a massive transformation but it will overall help your hair to get stronger and it helped my curls to come back close to their original shape when used with the full treatment products (it takes time to heal a damaged hair, especially if it's almost destroyed by bleach). I'm overall happy with the product.
