L'Herbôthicaire Organic Fennel Plant for Herbal Tea 100 g

2 to 2 and a half teaspoons, i.e. 5 to 7 g of crushed seeds in infusions per day.

Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to fennel.

- Infusion: To make your infusion, in a glass or porcelain container cover the recommended amount of plant with cold drinking water then pour 150 to 250 ml of boiling drinking water.
Cover (especially in the presence of aromatic plants containing volatile active ingredients) and stir from time to time.
Let it infuse for about 5 to 10 minutes, then filter gently.

- Decoction: Used more particularly in the presence of stems, roots or bark.
Put your plants directly in cold drinking water.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
Let it infuse for another ten minutes before filtering.

- Maceration: Some plants do not tolerate high temperatures.
For these, it is best to let them macerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in drinking water that has been brought to a boil, then filter.
