On average, 1.5 fruits, or 3 g of fruit in decoction per day.

- Infusion: To prepare your infusion, in a glass or porcelain container, cover the recommended amount of plant with cold drinking water, then pour 150 to 250 ml of boiling drinking water.
Cover (especially in the presence of aromatic plants containing volatile active ingredients) and stir occasionally.
Let infuse for about 5 to 10 minutes, then filter delicately.

- Decoction: Used more specifically with stems, roots, or bark.
Place your plants directly into cold drinking water.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
Let infuse for another ten minutes before filtering.

- Maceration: Some plants do not withstand high temperatures.
For these, it is best to let them macerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in previously boiled drinking water, then filter.
