Description

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M 40ml is a triple-correction anti-imperfection treatment recommended for severe and recurring blemishes, blackheads and post-acne marks.
Its formula acts against the predominant bacteria at the root of acne:

  • helps soothe and reduce blemishes
  • moisturizes the skin,
  • helps prevent the appearance of red and brown marks,
  • promotes skin regeneration,
  • it helps restore the skin's balance over the long term.

Anti-relapse, it maintains the benefits of anti-acne treatment, even 3 months after discontinuation.

Its moisturizing, mattifying gel-cream texture is an excellent make-up base.
Non-greasy finish. Non-comedogenic.

Tested on acne-prone skin, even on severe blemishes.

Directions for use

Apply morning and/or evening to cleansed face.
Avoid the eye contour area.

Use alone or in conjunction with anti-acne medication.

I can definately see the difference in my skin. The blemishes and red spots i have on my face fave started to fade and you need very little amount of the gel. It did not irritate my skin personally, although always spot check before trying a new product just in case. Has a very light, clean scent. The only thing i wish is the tube was a bit bigger for the price. Otherwise really great product for my skin.

It provides adequate hydration to my combination skin, leaving it perfectly balanced without exacerbating my usually oil-prone T-zone. One of the standout features of Effaclar Duo +M is its ability to effectively target blemishes and reduce their appearance. Procerad™ helps to reduce the appearance of acne marks, while LHA, a lipo-hydroxy acid, exfoliates the skin to unclog pores and prevent future breakouts. Additionally, zinc PCA helps to regulate sebum production and mattify the skin. Overall, Effaclar Duo +M is a superb moisturiser that effectively addresses the concerns of oily and blemish-prone skin without causing irritation to sensitive skin.

Almost sits between a serum, gel and moisturiser. Some mornings I skipped my usual serum and went straight to this product. Results after using for just over a week show dark spots reduced and visibly more even skin tone. Definitely worth a repurchase and permanent spot on the beauty shelf!

However, my son started to feel burning sensation after first application and washed the face immediately. His skin is irritated and red. Very disappointed and will be scare to use any other products.
