La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel Set of 2 x 400 ml is intended for acne-prone skin, which can have a higher pH than normal skin.
Its formula, inspired by microbiome science, combines a pH-optimising technology with a new Phylobioma active ingredient, helping to target a strain of bacteria responsible for imperfections to visibly reduce blemishes.
Its formula is combined with La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water, known for its soothing properties to limit the risk of irritation:
- Gently cleanses and purifies thanks to cleansing agents selected to respect sensitive skin.
- Reduces blemishes and sebum overproduction at the source, blackheads and marks, unclogs pores and removes excess sebum, leaving skin clean and fresh.
- Leaves skin clean and fresh.
Suitable for oily and sensitive acne-prone skin.

Take a small amount of cleanser in your hand.
Gently apply to damp skin, making light circular movements on the forehead, nose, chin and neck, then rinse thoroughly.
Avoid the eye contour area.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
Apply morning and/or evening as the first step in your routine.
Use on the face before applying the Effaclar Duo+M anti-imperfection care.
