Adults: 3 sprays 3 times a day.
Children (aged 12 and over): 2 sprays 3 times a day.
Not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women or children under 12, in case of known allergy to Eucalyptus or 1,8-cineole or in case of allergy to menthol, in case of history of epilepsy or in case of antiepileptic treatment, history of convulsions or neurological pathologies, in case of concomitant consumption with other products containing peppermint, in case of inflammation of the digestive tract, gastro-oesophageal reflux, gastro-duodenal ulcer, gastritis or biliary, hepatic or hepato-pancreatic disorders.
In case of concomitant medication, consume this product at a distance from medication (at least 60 minutes apart).
Do not use for prolonged periods (1 month maximum).
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
