- As a mask: To repair, apply to wet hair for 1 to 3 minutes, then rinse
- As a conditioner: To detangle while repairing without weighing down, apply to wet hair for 1 minute, then rinse
- As a leave-in treatment: To repair your ends and protect them from breakage, apply to wet, damp or dry hair
- As a night mask: To repair even more intensely, apply a small amount to dry lengths before sleeping, and rinse upon waking
