Léro Noctuline Sleep Spray 20ml is a food supplement in the form of a sublingual spray which contributes to a better night's sleep. It helps trigger sleep and naturally improve its quality by combining:
- Melatonin which contributes to diminish the duration of falling asleep. This effect is obtained from the consumption of 1 mg before bedtime,
- Poppy that helps to maintain a natural sleep.

1 spray before bedtime in case of jet lag, for 5 days.
