Mag 2 Expert High Assimilation 45 Tablets helps to reduce fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system thanks to a formula combining three complementary forms of magnesium: bisglycinate, citrate and oxide, as well as vitamins B6 and B12.
- Bisglycinate is distinguished by its good bioavailability and good digestive tolerance.
- Citrate is a highly soluble form of magnesium and oxide is a concentrated source of elemental magnesium.
- Vitamins B6 and B12 also contribute to the reduction of fatigue and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
This combination of three forms of magnesium promotes optimized assimilation and good intestinal tolerance.
The formula has been evaluated on a reconstituted human intestinal model, with high absorption of magnesium observed from the first hour and good intestinal tolerance up to 16 hours.

Adults: Take 1 tablet per day or 2 tablets per day in case of intense fatigue, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
