Mag 2 Expert High Assimilation 90 Tablets helps to reduce fatigue and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system thanks to a formula combining three complementary forms of magnesium: bisglycinate, citrate, and oxide, as well as vitamins B6 and B12.
- Bisglycinate is distinguished by its good bioavailability and digestive tolerance.
- Citrate is a highly soluble form of magnesium, and oxide constitutes a concentrated source of elemental magnesium.
- Vitamins B6 and B12 also contribute to reducing fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
This combination of three forms of magnesium promotes optimized assimilation and good intestinal tolerance.
The formula was evaluated on a reconstructed human intestinal model, with high magnesium absorption observed from the first hour and good intestinal tolerance up to 16 hours.
