Marimer Nasal Wash Kit is a kit indicated in case of nasal congestion, allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, surgical interventions (preoperative), hypertrophic rhinitis of pregnancy, snoring at night and prolonged exposure to dry or polluted environments.
Easy and quick to use, this kit is ideal for daily hygiene. It contains hyaluronic acid with emollient properties.
This kit:
- promotes the cleaning process of the nasal mucosa, by removing excess mucus, allergens and atmospheric pollutants,
- facilitates mucociliary transport,
- helps prevent the allergy process,
- improves breathing.
Preservative-free, pharmacological substance-free.

The kit contains:
- a practical bottle for daily nasal irrigation,
- a box of 30 sachets of saline solution enriched with sodium bicarbonate and hyaluronic acid 9 mg (0,35%).
Follow the instructions for use.
It is recommended to perform the wash with the isotonic solution (1 sachet) 2 times a day, in the morning and evening.
It is recommended to perform the wash with the hypertonic solution (2 sachets) 2 times a day for a maximum of 10 days.
Wash thoroughly with lukewarm running water (do not use detergent).
Fill the bottle of the nasal wash kit with bottled natural mineral water or with water that has been boiled for at least 1 minute.
Use water at a temperature between +35°C and +40°C (if it is too hot, let it cool down), fill the bottle up to the line.
Dissolve the content of 1 or 2 sachets in 240 ml of water.
Use 1 sachet (isotonic solution, balanced tonicity relative to the nose: 1,1%) for daily nasal hygiene, as well as in case of allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, cold, and snoring at night.
Use 2 sachets (hypertonic solution: 2,2%) in case of severe nasal congestion, chronic sinusitis.
Shake the bottle until the solution is completely dissolved in the water.
With your body leaning over the sink, tilt your head slightly forward, while keeping the bottle in a vertical position.
Insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril, breathing through your mouth. Apply gentle pressure to the base of the bottle.
Wait for the solution to flow into the nose and out the other nostril. Keep your mouth open during the wash.
When the irrigation is complete, keep your head tilted forward for a few moments.
Repeat the same operation in the other nostril. Blow your nose gently. Wash the bottle again as described in the first step.
It is recommended to replace the bottle every 3 months of use.
